Zanlana Homewares works with four delivery service providers to give you an efficient and quick delivery service to our customers. Because of our vast delivery network, we are able to offer Free Shipping on most items, to most parts of Australia. However, please note that there are some exceptions to this.  Please view the UN-DELIVERABLE DOMESTIC POSTCODES section further down for more information.


AUSTRALIA POST  

An item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with either via standard parcel or eParcel, which is Australia Post’s Internet-enabled freight system.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.

When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number. 
You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.

FASTWAY COURIERS  

For items that weigh below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides a reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.

Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a bar-coded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

ALLIED EXPRESS 

Parcels that weigh over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals.

Each parcel will carry a bar-coded address label and you will be able to track your items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.

Allied Express requires a consignment note and the postcode of the destination to track item at http://alliedexpress.com.au/


TOLL  

Parcels with weight less than 30kg can be dispatched with Toll. Toll is a major integrated logistics provider with an Asia Pacific focus. They provide safe, secure transport services.

Each parcel will carry a bar-coded address label and you will be able to track your items through the Toll website.

A non-PO Box address is required for Toll’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

If the delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions on how to find your parcel. You can visit the Toll website to arrange a re-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to most countries around the world, however, due to logistics we are, at the present time, unable to ship orders weighing in excess of 2kg. 

Customs Requirements

Please note that it is the consumer's responsibility to know and understand their countries policies regarding the following:

  1. Import duties &/or taxes: you as the consumer are responsible for making payment of any fees upon your order entering your country 
  2. Import Restrictions: prohibited items etc

Please make yourself familiar with these policies prior to purchasing as to avoid any unnecessary delays and/or unexpected expenditure.

Information regarding these should be available at your local postal service.


Un-deliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mailbox for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to ensure your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if your parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.


UN-DELIVERABLE DOMESTIC POSTCODES

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the un-deliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are un-deliverable for some products. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically. You will be notified if this has occurred.

Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.

Font Styles Available

A minimum of two product mock-ups will be sent to you via email for you to choose from. Each mock-up will provide you with a design using your chosen font as well as an alternative font style. 

There is a maximum of 1 revisions permitted per product including a font change.

Once mock-up has been approved by you, only then will production begin.

Once production has begun, no further amendments or order cancellation can be made.

The Process

Personalized Prints  adding text to existing products

  1. Check all the details on the checkout page are correct before placing your order. This includes your email address.
  2. Please allow up to 48hrs for mock-ups to be delivered to you via email. Please add email address, service@zanlanahomewares.com.au to your contacts list, to ensure that you receive our emails.
  3. We allow 1 revision per product.
  4. Once design has been approved and confirmed, we will begin processing your order (no changes can be made after this point).

Custom Prints where you provide the photo & the (text if wanted)

all steps as above, with the edition of uploading your file to us. 

I will contact you via email to request the image you wish to use.  Please ensure that the subject of the image does not take up the entire image as this will ensure that there is enough room for manipulation if needed. Example below.

Store Policy regarding customized products:

There is NO refund or exchange given on any customized products unless item falls within the following conditions:

  1. Product (not design) fault
  2. Design fault if and only if it was not produced to your confirmed mock-up ie: incorrect spelling, missing words etc.
