Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Authorization must be given prior to returning product. Please contact us using the Contact Tab located at the bottom of your screen.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of the damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us with digital pictures and/or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email. Our customer support team will begin processing your claim within 48 hours on weekdays. Possible resolutions may come in the form of
If the damage/defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
Zanlana Homewares will cover the cost of return postage. Once received and the item has been inspected and has been found to be faulty, then a full refund of the purchase price will be given. The refund will be paid to you in the same manner as it was received. If on the other hand the item is found not to be defective, then the item will be returned to you at no additional cost.
Please allow 21-28 working days for claims process to be finalized.
No refunds are given for the below-mentioned reasons
If a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company which can take up to 6 weeks from the time we are notified that your goods have not been received.
